The digital presence of a national park, with a community from 128 countries.
The park needed a clear plan for its digital channels: how to speak with one voice everywhere, and how to reach visitors from many markets.
At the end of 2013 we wrote a complete digital strategy for the park and went on to carry it out. We ran five social networks, produced the content, designed a mobile app and dozens of promotional materials, and ran more than 80 ad campaigns across nine markets.
The park grew from 700 thousand to 1.2 million visitors, and its revenue from about €10.6 million to about €26.5 million.
